The bar grows out of a blob, the menu blooms from the bubble's corner, and the highlight slides between rows. Keep holding and drag onto a reaction or action, then let go to pick it. Menus and cards settle without overshoot and leave the way they came; only the small marks bounce. Press a closing bubble again to grab it back mid-flight. Under reduced motion, everything fades instead.
